The Suburbs of San Francisco

FINALLY!

I finally got around to starting my new blog. Now I can update my facebook, my twitter, my myspace, etc., etc., etc...I need to let people know I have a visible online presence. This is very important to me because without this visibility, I may as well as be forgotten. Long forgotten in the Suburbs of San Francisco!

When I refer to the suburbs of sf, I'm talking about the avenues of the Sunset District. Here, cars have tons of room to maneuver, there are 3 homeless people, young college kids dress nice, and Chinese families run real estate. It's an interesting mix of individuals, and I have since become one of them.

Since being here I've purchased a bike and given up on sk8 tricks. I still cruise around when I get a citycarshare, but no serious shred sessions. And you read correctly, I still don't have a car. I am proof that you can live in San Francisco's suburbs and get around just fine being car free. I have purchased a bike though as my main mode of transportation, so not having any type of wheels is definitely a downer in this neighborhood.

Needless to say, the area is a lot safer for my family and I - the Tenderloin was getting a little too crazy for me.

So what's this blog going to be about? Well, I'm hoping to share some of my thoughts as I transition into my thirties and supposed "2nd Stage" of my life. I would like to think my thoughts have some sort of redeeming value...if not, fuck you, and let me have this one goddamn thing for christ's sake! :)

I will do my best to update this daily.
